One significant distinction between new construction and remodeling is that most remodeling clients are already living in their homes. Many continue to reside there during the remodel process and are eager to move back into their newly improved spaces as soon as possible. At Cozy Creek Custom, we support this by allowing many homeowners to reoccupy areas before the entire project scope is finalized. While we are happy to offer this flexibility, it frequently means we struggle to capture high-quality "Before and After" photographs. Instead, we have many images of the structural components and steps of the reconstruction phase. Though these photos may not fully illustrate the dramatic final transformations, we value that these internal views give future clients an authentic look at what to anticipate during a remodel with our team.
