Dave Richards Owner Born and raised in Bozeman, Dave is a friendly local, attending Monforton School, Bozeman High, and Montana State University. His journey to becoming a remodeling contractor wasn’t exactly traditional. It began in high school, selling RVs at Big Sky RV (now Bish's RV), where he built relationships with clients from all across Montana. The RV business was booming, but it came with a demanding schedule of nights and weekends. Looking for a more balanced lifestyle, Dave transitioned into construction under the guidance of a key mentor. With a naturally wide skill set and a knack for problem-solving, he quickly found his footing. Over time, Dave found his niche in remodeling, where unexpected challenges are part of the job and no two projects are the same. He thrives in this dynamic environment, combining high-quality craftsmanship with smart, solution-driven thinking. For Dave, it’s never just about getting the job done—it’s about getting it done right. He doesn't rest easy unless he knows he’s delivered the absolute best for his clients. These days, Dave is still on the hunt for that elusive 8-to-5 schedule, but weekends are well spent camping, hunting, skiing, and enjoying time with his family. He also volunteers with the Bridger Ski Foundation Freestyle Team, sharing his love for the mountains and helping young athletes develop their skills. |
Jody Richardss Owner Jody hails from a small farming community in Eastern Iowa. Desire to see the world after college led to living in Grenoble France for Two and a half years. After returning to Iowa and starting a career in Real Estate, the lure of the mountains pulled her out to Bozeman where she continued her real estate career, specializing in new construction. In 2010, she shifted from the nights and weekends hustle of real estate to launch Cozy Creek Vacation Homes, a boutique vacation rental management company in Bozeman. After successfully building and selling that business in 2017, she stepped into a more hands-on role within the construction company. These days Jody manages the marketing and business operations. Sticking to her 'tom boy' roots, Jody prefers to spend most of her free time outdoors through out the year. |
